EmEx is a virtual hypermarket daily visited by thousands of customers. The suppliers are mostly welcome with their offers here. The “shelves” of our hypermarket is a giant database of millions of available automobile spare parts.
Spare part “file” represents a mini-supply contract. The contract price depends not only on the part supplier but on the buyer as well. The buyer can select the terms of delivery by himself to receive a spare part in due time.
Our customer enters in a supply contract by placing an order and from our side we financially commit ourselves to meeting the contractual terms.
All the background work to complete the order is beyond our customer’s concerns: we’ll take care of parts procurement from a vendor, shipping, storage and customs procedures, quality control. Our customer is to check the order status on our online tracking system and pay for the order upon receipt.
